All musical works and recordings published by EiSi HaSera are the exclusive property of their creator, who holds 100% of the undivided rights in those works. Every published work has been registered with the Swedish collecting society STIM.
Music, recordings, lyrics, arrangements, artwork, photographs, videos, metadata, interface designs, the EiSi HaSera name, and related project materials are protected under applicable German, European, Swedish, and international copyright and intellectual-property law.
Access to System HaSera grants only a limited right to use the published service for personal listening. It does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reproduce, download, redistribute, publish, publicly perform, synchronize, modify, commercially exploit, scrape, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or otherwise reuse protected material.
Any use beyond applicable statutory exceptions requires prior written authorization. The availability of sharing tools authorizes only the sharing of the public link generated by System HaSera, not the copying or redistribution of the underlying protected content.
The IPI number provides a verifiable international reference to the rights holder without publishing the creator's private identity or contact details. Supporting ownership and identity records may be disclosed to competent authorities, courts, collecting societies, platforms, or contractual partners when legally or operationally necessary.

This service is operated by System HaSera, an original proprietary digital system created for the publication, presentation, management, and streaming of HaSera content. The System HaSera name, software, source code, architecture, interfaces, visual identity, interaction design, playback mechanisms, and related technical solutions are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual-property law. All rights are reserved.
No part of System HaSera may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, redistributed, republished, sublicensed, or used to create a derivative system or service without prior written authorization, except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.
